Analýza výkonnosti údržby v podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat situaci v údržbě výrobního podniku z hlediska její organizace a dosahované výkonnosti. V kapitole “Charakteristika podniku“ bude obsaženo seznámení s podnikem, jeho historií, produkcí a zákazníky, kterým jsou výrobky určeny. V teoretické části byly charakterizovány koncepce údržby a vývoj jednotlivých údržbářských výkonů. Byla zde popsána metoda TPM a jednotlivé typy ztrát podle této metody. Byla řešena také problematika ekonomiky údržby a účinnosti zařízení. Pozornost byla věnována také benchmarkingu údržby a klíčovým ukazatelům výkonnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na organizaci údržby, na popis současného stavu provádění údržby a na analýzu výkonnosti údržby. Na základě poznatků z této analýzy budou navrženy směry zlepšování.

The aim of this work is to analyze the situation in the maintenance of production enterprise in terms of achieved performance. In chapter “ Charakteristika podniku ” is included familiarization with the company history, production facilities and main company customers . In the theoretical part was described the maintenance concept and development of maintenance work. There was described method TPM and the different types of losses under this method. She also addressed the issue of the economy and maintenance efficiency. Attention was also paid to maintenance benchmarking and key performance indicators (KPI) . The practical part is focused on the maintenance organization, the description of the state of maintenance and performance analysis of maintenance. There will be some final proposal for potential improvement based of the analysis findings.
