Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the effective management of strategic material in the purchasing department. Using the EFQM methodology, an implementation plan on how to progressively implement the objectives of the purchasing department over time, which are mainly aimed at effectively looking for alternatives in strategic material to run the company more efficiently according to the methodology that is currently being implemented. The key points for the IP are the analysis of the company, which is mainly to create mutual coherence between managers and employees of the company. Work in cohesion and look for alternatives for the strategic material.
