Abstract

This Thesis deal with Passanger’s Right in Air Transport. Specifically damage to health and property damage. Passanger’s Right solves especially the Montreal and Warsaw Convention and the specific conditions of carriage. Perform the analysis, I found that a major problem is proving the value of luggage. In case of death, the survivors receive enormous sums in damages. The main finding is that make a claims for damage to health is easier than in the case of property damage.
