Abstract

This Bachelor thesis aims to clarify issues passportisation buildings and its software support. At the beginning of the thesis deals with general facility management, condition survey, its distribution, outputs, and use in facility management. Followed by chapters software support, and coding methodology rooms and areas. Practical work is focused on the processing of passports to a designated building, which is building the village primary school Václavovice. There is a description of the building process and in software passportization own pit-FM. The output is a spatial, structural, technical and technological passport to the specified building. The scope of this work is 47 numbered pages.
