Vývoj zamestnanosti a nezamestnanosti v okrese Stropkov

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je zhodnotiť vývoj zamestnanosti a nezamestnanosti v okrese Stropkov v rokoch 2005 – 2008 a navrhnúť možné riešenia na zlepšenie súčasného stavu v oblasti zamestnanosti s cieľom zníženia nezamestnanosti. Obsahovo je práca rozdelená do piatich kapitol. V úvodnej kapitole sme si zadefinovali cieľ práce, čo je jej obsahom a metodiku práce. V ďalšej kapitole sa zaoberáme teoretickými poznatkami o trhu práce, politiky zamestnanosti, jej cieľmi, nástrojmi a programami, ďalej sa zameriavame na základné pojmy súvisiace so nezamestnanosťou, meraním a formami nezamestnanosti a jej príčinami a dôsledkami. V tretej kapitole sa zaoberáme analýzou sociálno – ekonomického rozvoja okresu Stropkov. V štvrtej kapitole sa sústreďujeme na hodnotenie vývoja zamestnanosti a nezamestnanosti v okrese Stropkov v rokoch 2005 – 2008 a ich SWOT analýzami a návrhom opatrení na zlepšenie existujúceho stavu. V poslednej kapitole zhrňujeme uvedené výsledky, závery vyplývajúce z práce a eventuálne námety na ďalšie riešenie.

The object of the work is to evaluate the development of employment and unemployment in the Stropkov district in the years 2005 – 2008 and to propose the possible solutions for improvement of present state in the field of employment with the emphasis on unemployment reduction. From the point of content the work is devided into five chapters. The introductory chapter defines the object of the work, its content and methodology of the work. The following chapter deals with theoretical knowledge about labour market , employment policy, targets, tools and programmes, then it is focussed on the principal ideas related to uneployment, measurments and forms of unemployment, the causes and consequences. The third chapter concerns with analysis of the social economical development in Stropkov district. The fourth chapter evaluates the development of employment and unemployment in Stropkov district in the years 2005 – 2008 and their SWOT analyses including steps to improve the existing state. The last chapter summarises the above results, conclusions of the work and possible ideas for further solutions.
