Externí personální služby a možnosti jejich rozšiřování v reakci na měnící se trh práce

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem personálních služeb dodávaných externí personální společností konkrétnímu klientovi. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit současný stav spolupráce mezi personální společností XY a klientem ABC a analyzovat, zda je zde prostor ke změnám a zlepšením. Pokud ano, bude závěrečným cílem této diplomové práce, navrhnout konkrétní návrhy změn a také je vyhodnotit. Za pomoci popisu současného stavu spolupráce, a zejména za použití informací ze SWOT analýzy a z koordinovaných pohovorů se současnými specialisty personální společnosti XY byla současná spolupráce podrobně popsána a bylo navrženo 5 konkrétních návrhů na zlepšení či změnu spolupráce. Spolupráce byla vyhodnocena jako kvalitní, ale s velkým potenciálem růstu.

This thesis was focused on the topic of personnel services supplied by outsourcing company to specific client. The goal is to assess the current situation of cooperation between the staffing company XY and the client ABC and to analyze if is here a potential to change and improve it. If yes, then the final goal is to provide specific proposals for changes and also evaluated these proposals. With information from detail description of the current situation of cooperation and information from a SWOT analysis and from the coordinated interviews with current specialist of the staffing company XY, was the current cooperation analyzed in detail and also was proposed five concrete proposals for improvement or change of cooperation. Cooperation was evaluated as good, but with high growth potential.
