Abstract
Main goal of this thesis was to design and implement software for simulation of disease spreading
on two-dimensional area using multi-agent system. One part of the application is used for
creation of models which are then used in simulation. Theoretical part of the thesis includes
comparison of existing solutions for simulating disease spread.
