Hodnocení zátěže životního prostředí při provozování odvalů a odkališť

Abstract

This work covers the topic of mining waste and its legislative law scope, namely at the European and intrastate level. Great attention is paid to waste policy of the mining organizations, especially to the progressive technologies, which are used for protecting the environment. The first part of this work is concerned to the waste and the problems of waste generally, the second part is about the legislative of environmental protection, the third is an audit of environmental impact of the mining activity and the fourth one is self – resolution of processed task – it´s a suggestion of evaluation, which is burden on the environment at prosecution of the heaps and the tailings ponds in the mutual contexture with actual legislative.
