Abstract

The Diploma thesis is focused on the issue of business of small and medium-sized businesses. The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a business plan and establish a fictitious limited liability company. The Diploma thesis is divided into two parts for theoretical-methodical and application-verification. In the first part is defined the issue of business on the base of technical literature. In the second part is developed a business plan and established of fictitious limited liability company.
