Zavedení systému managementu BOZP ve společnosti Škoda Vagonka a.s.

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the introduction of a management system according to the standard ČSN ISO 45001 in the company Škoda Vagonka, a.s. The theoretical part of the work is divided into two parts, where the first part consists of the standard as such, its analysis, meaning and requirements for the company to obtain certification. The second part deals with the already established system of safe work in the selected company. The practical part of the work assesses and evaluates the dangers and risks that arise in the activities held in the production centers of the company. Based on this evaluation, a proposal will be made to introduce measures to reduce risks in society.
