Zvýšení efektivity údržby ve společnosti Weppler Czech s.r.o.

Abstract

Diploma thesis looks for solution for increase in maintenance efficiency in production company Weppler Czech s.r.o. In teoretical part is introduced term of lean production, including lean production methods. Closer look is concentrated on methods, which are used in practic part of this thesis. Practic part concentrates on implementation of 6S at maintenance department and time shots of injection tools maintenance. Thesis evaluation introduce summary of implemented corrective actions, which contribute to improvement of earlier status and it´s economic evaluation.
