Modelování a analýza dodavatelských řetězců

Abstract

The goal of my thesis project is to describe current possibilities in suplly chain simulations. The first part of the project is aimed at theoretical knowledge, separation in characteristic of individual models, especially in explaining the Bullwhip effect and Beer Game, its history, rules or typical results of the game. The practical part is aimed at playing the Beer game. The objective is to rate founded online computer simulating programs of this role-playing simulation that are free avalaible. Each of the simulating programs will be rated and reviewed by my own method. The main goal of my thesis project is the analysis of the individual simulators and the review of the Beergame for utilization managerial practic and optimal/the most understandable simulating program for student and management education will be recommended.
