Analýza a zhodnocení nezaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v ČR

Abstract

The focus of this bachelor thesis is on unemployment of people with disabilities on the labour market, particularly analysis and evaluation of unemployment in Olomouc region in the period of 2014–2018, in individual districts of Jeseník, Šumperk, Prostějov and Olomouc. Theoretical part is focused on phenomenon of unemployment and is defining basic concepts of this phenomenon. The practical part is analyzing, in the form of questionnaire survey, the most common barriers and needs, which restrict the integration of the disabled person on the labour market, both from the perspective of disabled person and an employer. On the basis of the results from the survey, were proposed measures to reduce unemployment of the disabled persons.
