Hodnocení společensko-sociálních dopadů robotiky na podnikatelské prostředí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the phenomenon of robotization and its socio-social impacts on the business environment. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the current state of robotization in the Czech Republic and identify opportunities and barriers in key areas. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terms associated with robotization and describes concepts such as Industry 4.0 and 5.0, and Society 5.0. The practical part is based on a PEST analysis and a questionnaire survey, supplemented by a comparative data analysis in key areas and an evaluation of expert‘s perceptions of robotization in terms of relationships at work and societal attitudes. In the conclusion of the thesis are proposed specific recommendations for changes based on the results of a multi-criteria analysis. These suggestions aim to contribute to a higher degree of harmonization between humans and machines and to eliminate social concerns about the implementation of robots.
