Abstract
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the employee selection, recruitment and adaptation process in the selected organization.
The thesis uses quantitative and qualitative research methods in the form of questionnaires, interviews and analysis of organization’s document.
Bachelor thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first theoretical part describes the basic concepts like human resources management, planning and hiring employees. In the first part are also defined and desribed terms of procedures and principles of correct implementation of the selection process, recruitment and adaptation of employees. Following practical part characterizes the selected organization, where the research was carried out. The second part also evaluates the current situation of the investigated issues.
The conclusion based on the gained information provides suggestions and recommendations to improve the current recruitment process.
