Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the brand awareness on the market of natural cosmetics, of the brand Havlíkova přírodní apotéka. The main goal was to find out how well is brand Havlíkova přírodní apotéka recognized in Ostrava and its surroundings. The survey was performed by electronic questionnaire. From the research imply that the brand Havlíkova přírodní apotéka is not one if the most famous brands. Based on the results are in the final part of the thesis recommendations for increasing brand awareness.
