Stavebně technologické řešení polyfunkčního domu v Krnově

Abstract

The theme of the master thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of a multifunctional building in Krnov for the degree of building permit (DSP). Part of the master thesis deal with construction-technological solution of vertical structures and constructions of ceilings and roof. The foundations, basement, 1NP and the core of the building are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. Vertical and horizontal structures are designed from CLT panels. Master thesis contains thermal assessment of selected structures, the budget of specific solution variant and time schedule of work progrress of technological processes. The project is modeled in 3D with BIM elements.

CLT panels and products are chosen by NOVATOP company, a company that is long-term deals in the solution of wooden buildings. Wooden panels are used for perimeter structures, internal vertical structures, ceiling panels.
