Analýza aplikací Poka-Yoke ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the Poka Yoke applications in the company Hayes Lemmerz Autokola a.s. This American company deals with production of steel fabricated car wheels for passenger cars. It is an important producer and supplier of these products for worldwide-known companies as Volkswagen, Škoda, Peugeot, Opel, Toyota, Ford etc. The aim of this thesis is to determine the efficiency and operational performance of selected types of Poka Yoke. Based on the information achieved by technicians a description of any possible failures and a design of its improvement for each Poka Yoke are included.
