Geodetický monitoring železničného násypu v km 204,5 – 204,7, obec Slavíč, okr. Přerov

Abstract

This master´s thesis describes the issue of monitoring displacements and settlement of a railway embankment in a selected section of the locality in the municipality of Slavíč in the Přerov district. It focuses on the positional changes of inclinometer boreholes located and stabilized on the northern side of the embankment, as well as the settlement and uplift of a retaining wall that stabilizes the southern part of the railway embankment against landslides. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes railway engineering in the Czech Republic and the importance of railway transport and the Czech railway network. It also explains the binding geodetic systems as an integral part of all geodetic work, and finally addresses the issues related to the measurement of displacements and deformations, including standards, measurement methods, and measurement accuracy. The practical part describes in detail the issue of measuring the displacement and settlement of the railway embankment in the municipality of Slavíč in the section 204,5 –204,7 km (Lipník nad Bečvou – Drahotuše).
