Abstract

VÁŇOVÁ, Veronika. Panely humanitární pomoci. Diplomová práce, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická Univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2017, 101 s. Vedoucí diplomové práce doc. Ing. Marek Smetana, Ph.D. Diplomová práce podává aktuální informace o „Panelech humanitární pomoci“, zajišťujícími spolupráci mezi nestátními neziskovými organizacemi, státními orgány a samosprávnými orgány při přípravě na mimořádné události a krizové situace v jednotlivých krajích. Jedná se o nově zaváděné systém, zatím fungující pouze v některých krajích. Cílem práce je posouzení existujících systémů „Panel“ resp. jejich variant. Pro vyhodnocení získaných dat je v práci využita metoda analýzy SWOT, na jejímž základě je v závěru podán souhrn doporučení k dalšímu rozvoji těchto systémů.

Marek Smetana, Ph.D. This thesis provides current information about the "Panels of humanitarian aid", ensuring cooperation between nongovernmental nonprofit organizations, government agencies and local government bodies in preparing for emergencies and crisis situations in various regions. This is a newly introduced system, currently operating only in certain regions. The aim of the work is to review existing systems "Panels" e.g. variants thereof. SWOT analysis method is used for evaluation of the obtained data used in the work, data is summarized at the end for the further development of these systems.
