Abstract

The thesis „Court and out-of-court ways of overdue debt recovery“ is focused on the isssue of provision and debt collection in the firm XY, Ltd. A teoretical part includes specification of the debt definition, characteristic of the most important types of the security instruments, the ways how to gain the debt feasibility and the enforcement of judgment. A practical part deals with brief characterictic of the company XY, s.r.o. and the way that is applied for debt recovery. In final part there is suggested solution to improve the current situation.
