Bezpečnostní studie správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působnosti Otrokovice

Abstract

The thesis deals with a safety study of municipality with extended powers Otrokovice. The introductory part is focused on general problematics of safety. The next part contains all the important information about municipality with extended powers Otrokovice such as the basic characteristics, the authorities providing safety in the area, the warning system and finally the statistical data about occurrence of extraordinary events. These data were used for the analysis processed using a methodology for assessing the risk of territorial units. The final part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the analysis and the proposed measures for improvement of safety.
