Abstract
In the bachelor thesis entitled „Commercial department management vis-a-vis price structures“ is at first theoretically described the issue of pricing policy and creations of price in stores.
Followed by comparsion of position of the big business subjects with small business subjects on the market. Then methods of price determinativ are defined, price affecting factors, price determinativ strategies and description of their usage.
Bachelor thesis then continues with a part, where we will familiarize with basic aritmethmetic operations of controlling. Then the controlling cost expense example is solved, which shows the amount of required margine suitable for store prosperity.
At the end, results are evaluated and arrangements are proposed.
