Spolupráce zahraničích studentů programu Erasmus+ na VŠB - TU Ostrava s podniky v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysing and designing the services that would simplify the connection of foreign students at the Technical University of Ostrava that are studying through Erasmus+ programme with the companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The main goal of the thesis is to create an overview of accessible tools and services in the field of finding internships and developing the competencies of foreign students applying for internships in local companies. Another goal is to propose a recommendation that will lead to the creation of new services that will facilitate the process of connecting local students and local businesses. Based on the data obtained by the method of the written electronic research the interest of respondents from among foreign students in internships in local companies was verified. The research also brought out characteristics of the applicant and suitable model of internship for applicants. The analysis and the research revealed some shortages and opportunities upon which basis was made some suggestions that could potentially lead to the creation of new easy-search internship services.
