Optimalizace monitorování a měření výkonnosti procesů v organizaci vyrábějící díly pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is measuring of process performance in company Tawesco s.r.o. In the first part there is introduced the analyzed organization. Next block is consider on theoretical topics of processes, process performance and measuring of processes performance. Within the practical part the process structure was analyzed and in the selected process the structure of process indices, data collecting system and data processing were verified. For analyzed process the new criteria were suggested consequently. The new way of evaluation of process indices was suggested and new methodology for total process performance determination was suggested and tested.
