Financování reprodukce majetku obce v oblasti školství

Abstract

The thesis aims to evaluate the management of the municipality Štítná nad Vláří from 2005 to 2009 and to propose options for financing the planned reconstruction of the kindergarten. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the basic principles and rules of management of the municipality. In this chapter attention is paid to local government organizations, especially municipal semi-budgetary organizations and financing of preschool education in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the municipality Štítná nad Vláří, its history and present. Furthermore, it shows the development of management in the years 2006 to 2010 and the multi-year budget for the period 2012-2016, also contains an analysis of the management of kindergarten in Štítné nad Vláří. The final part describes the project of reconstruction of the kindergarten and mainly deals with possible sources of financing of investment projects with regard to the economic opportunities of the municipality.
