Abstract
This thesis, based on a possition of a car company analysis, is primarily focused on a survey of the company possition in people`s minds. This possition is compared to an objective possition and as a result of this comparison an area of consolidation or improvement of this possition from the people`s point of view is defined.
The analysis of a real possition proceeds from some defined and objectively detectable perspectives, and the people`s point of view is searched from a questionnaire.
The result is a self-contained study which shows the situation of the organization itself, the relevant parts of the car market and then it contains lots of analysis and their straight comparison with the results of the partial surveys.
From this confrontation some suggestions and recommendations to a responsible department of the organization are set.
