Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the current situation of inventory management at company MSA, which is evaluated by the size of stocks with a focus on tying financial resources available with the option of inventory optimization. The theoretical part is presented by company MSA. In other parts explain the issue of inventory and inventory management. In the practical part compares the current inventory management with projected economic evaluation.
