Pasportizace objektu v CAFM systému

Abstract

The subjekt of this thesis was to create a comprehensive detailed passport to the specific building with subsequent use any of the available CAFM systems of Facility management. General description of Facility management is mentioned in the first chapter. Another part of this work is closer acquaintance with passports; spatial, structural and technical and actual passportization of building. Work continues with creating survey of software support and mentions also BIM applications or Buildpass. The last chapter provides a description of elected municipal office building township of Dolní Čermná. Obtained a unified data were processed in CAFM system PIT - FM. Part of this work is the rehabilitation and maintenance plan created with the online application Buildpass a 3D model base for BIM. The extent of this thesis is 57 pages.
