Měření a analýza biosignálů trávicího traktu - jícnu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement and analysis of the electrical activity of the esophagus in order to evaluate significant electrical stimulations. The measurement of esophageal electrical activity was performed non-invasively using the g.USBamp bio-amplifier, while invasive manometry used in clinical practice to evaluate the moment of mechanical contraction of the musculature in the electrode area. The electrical signal of the esophagus was FIR filtered with a band-stop filter to remove the 50 Hz component and then peaks suspected of stimulating the esophageal muscles were evaluated by thresholding. After statistical evaluation, no relevant electrical stimulation of mechanical contraction of the esophageal musculature was found.
