Abstract

A goal of this bachelor thesis is to accomplish marketing and management analysis of the handball team and from this ground draw up a measurement how to solve a given problem. The analyzed team, DHC-SVŠ Pilsen, play second league woman in Czech Republic. Team that was analyzed is in the bad economic situation, which is caused by wrong communication, propagation and funding inside the club. The work has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of terms connected with sport, marketing and management. The practical part applies analysis marketing mix, interview and SWOT analysis for determination of team strengths and weaknesses. For improving of the handball club and team situation is appropriate to increase its professionalism.
