Abstract

The main focus of the thesis is project documentation for a partially basement multifunctional house. The newly built multifunctional house has a partial basement and three floors above ground flatroof. The foundation of the building is solved by using concrete strips C20/25. The diploma thesis also contains a thermal - technical assessment of three types of peripheral structures and a static design of a reinforced concrete staircase arm is also processed. The thesis also contains a textual part of the documentation in the form of an accompanying and summary technical report.
