Abstract
The main objective of this work and research question was to determine if employees who is satisfied during his adaptation process has lower tendency to leave the company. This is the conclusion of research confirmed. For the collection of relevant data was used questionnaire and interview. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical defining the term and practical part.
