Abstract
This thesis deals with the Effects of Flash Floods in the Moravian – Silesian Region. The first part discusses the rules for the budgets of local authorities and an overview of types of money market funds. The second section describes the financing of incidents and their economic risk. The final part includes the characteristics of flash floods, preparation of summaries of damage in individual municipalities and their financing, the influence on the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System as well as an evaluation of knowledge.
