Návrh změny uspořádání výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The subject of the thesis „Design of Arrangement Change of Manufacturing Procces in Selected Company“ is to analyze and evaluate the current state of the manufacturing process of the Sporlan workplace. In the theoretical part, there is an introduction of the company Peveko s.r.o. and basic terms about manufacturing process management and problematice of lean production are stated here. In the practical part, there is a detailed description of the Sporlan workplace and an analysis of the current state of the manufacturing process on this workplace was performed. The analysis shows that orders are processed in irregular batches and order average implementation time is too long. The final part proposes and describes a solution of this problem.
