Technické zajištění činnosti zásahových jednotek Policie ČR

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zejména úkoly a činností zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky. V první části je nastíněna absence zásahových (protiteroristických) jednotek v minulosti a následné opatření vedoucí k jejich vzniku, v další části je rozvedena základní právní úprava týkající se činnosti zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky, v třetí části jsou rozepsány úkoly, výstroj a výzbroj jednotlivých sekcí, ve čtvrté části jsou vyjmenována rizika hrozící příslušníkům zásahových jednotek Policie České republiky při zásahu a v poslední části je návrh na minimalizaci těchto rizik.

This bachelor thesis deals with the particular functions and activities of intervention units of the Police of the Czech Republic. The first part gives an overview of the absence of intervention (counter) units in the past and the subsequent steps leading to their emergence, in the next section is the basic legislation concerning the activities of the intervention units of the Police of the Czech Republic, the third section is about the tasks, equipment and weaponry each section, the fourth part named risk of imminent intervention units of the Police of the Czech Republic and in the last part is the proposal to minimize these risks.
