Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of ABC and XYZ methods and their use in practise. The main aim of this thesis is to find out the imperfections of the stock management and the causes of insufficient capacity of the warehouse. Internal sources of the company served as the basis for the analysis.
