Optimalizace nákladů závodu Plant Lighting Headlamps Nový Jičín

Abstract

My thesis deals with reduction of costs for discrepant products while producing headlamps for Citroën C3 cars in the Visteon-Autopal ltd. Plant, Lighting Division. Its aim is to determine the wastage rate and figure out material costs for all produced parts of this headlamp. The major part of this thesis is devoted to the wastage rate analysis; its main target is to define the most significant problems related to the product quality, finding corrective steps that will lead to decrease of costs for discrepant products.
