Racionalizace práce a sledování materiálového toku interní dopravy

Abstract

This diploma thesis tries through rationalization measures suggestions for material flow of transportation in Pars nova a.s. Theoretical part is made by the introduction to logistics tohether with it´s division to in-house logistics. Theoretical part ends with specific rationalization methods. Pars nova a.s. company and it´s division of internal logistics is introduced in practical part. There are also meantioned teak part sof logistics systém together with proposal for correctional measures. The conclusion is devoted on economical evaluation before and after rationalization.
