Společenská odpovědnost těžebních společností působících v oblasti stavebních nerostných surovin

Abstract

The aim of this thesis, named "Social Responsibility of Mining Companies Operating in the Field of Construction Minerals", is to evaluate the situation and determine the level of utilization of the principles arising from socially responsible behavior. The thesis is divided into two parts. The concept of corporate social responsibility is characterized in the first theoretical part, which is based on specialist literature and other sources. There are also the most important and basic areas defined, then is here the concept of stakeholders explained and also the methodology of marketing research process is presented as the formulation of hypotheses is introduced. The processing and evaluation of the questionnaire is in detail described in the second practical part. There are also the respondents, participating the questionnaire, introduced and the results of the online questionnaire are presented, including the verifying or refuting the hypothesis.
