Význam konceptu CSR a jeho využívání v ČR (se zaměřením na podnikové prostředí v Moravskoslezském kraji)

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat aktuální stav ve využívání konceptu společenské odpovědnosti organizací v podnikovém prostředí Moravskoslezského kraje a na jeho základě definovat návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení situace ve firmě VOKD, a.s. První kapitola popisuje problematiku společenské odpovědnosti. Druhá kapitola obsahuje cíle práce, hypotézy, metody a postupy, které byly použity při analýze využívání společenské odpovědnosti. Třetí kapitola zahrnuje hlavní výsledky analýzy, verifikaci hypotéz a základní informace o VOKD, a.s. Dále popisuje současný stav této firmy v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti a návrhy na zlepšení pro tuto organizaci. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje celkové shrnutí diplomové práce.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the current state of the use of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility in the business environment Moravian-Silesian region and, on the basis of this, define suggestions to improve the situation in the company VOKD, a.s. The first chapter describes issue of social responsibility. The second chapter contains the aims of the work, hypotheses, methods and procedures that were used in the analysis of the use of social responsibility. The third chapter covers the main results of the analysis, verification of hypotheses and basic information about VOKD, a.s. It also describes current state of this company in the field of social responsibility and suggestions for improvement for this organization. The fourth chapter contains a summary of the thesis.
