Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to create project documentation in the stage for issuing a joint permit, “according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on Documentation of Buildings, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll., and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., on Determining the Scope of Documentation of Public Works Contract and List of Construction Works , supplies and services with bill of quantities. "[2] The technological part of the thesis is focused on a possible alternative solution of partition walls in a residential house, including the schedule, itemized budget and final evaluation of the best possible variants.
