Optimalizace logistického řetězce ve společnosti Sensit s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is supply chain optimization in the Sensit, Ltd. company. The matter to be solved is the supplier of cases necessary to produce temperature sensors, its potential replacement with another supplier, or production of cases within the company. The optimal variant choice was substantiated by analysis of sales and their prediction, costs calculation of individual solutions and risk analysis. These methods have been described in the theoretical part of the thesis. After the synthesis of the results of all performed analyses, the author came to the conclusion that the best solution was the replacement of the supplier, which would mean 50% cost saving on supplied cases.
