Elektronická komunikace mezi účetní jednotkou a orgány státní správy

Abstract

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is an electronic communication between Accounting Unit and the Public Authorities. The aim is to characterize the current situation of electronic communication in the Czech Republic. It defines the basic terms, the Czech Republic and EU legislation, methods of electronic communication. The practical part shows electronic communication of legal entity with the Public Authorities. On the basis of statistics of data boxes, Czech Point, the Tax Office the suggestions to improve the electronic communication were compiled. The conclusion summarizes the findings from the collected data.
