Abstract

The subject of this Master´s thesis is analysis of internal nonconformities and their causes and proposal of measures for their elimination in selected machinery company. The main aim of the Master´s thesis is the analysis of occurency of internal nonconformities and to suggest suitable measures, which should lead to improvement of the quality management system, and elimination of occurency of internal nonconformities. The Master´s thesis is divided into 2 parts. The theoretical part covers the subject of managing a nonconforming product and contains a description of suitable tools, which can assist in eliminating internal nonconformities. Scope of the practical part is the description of the current state of managing nonconforming products at the PSP Machinery s.r.o. company, also the analysis performed in order to discover weak spots and to suggest changes for system improvement. The practical part includes the FMEA method application, which is applied to the process with highest rate of nonconformities
