Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the potential danger to the environment and to the health of the population by escaping the dangerous substance. The territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region is characterized by industrial complexes that handle the dangerous chemical substance. This is a possible leakage of ammonia from cooling equipment of winter stadiums, dairies, freezers. There is a system of notification, warning and chemical monitoring in the area of the designated operators in the region. The system greatly enhances the security of eight densely populated vulnerabilities in the area. In the case of ammonia leakage from the winter stadium, it is a so-called sprinkling that triggers the rain screen and eliminates the spread of the dangerous substance.
