Abstract

Complaints Solving Using 8D Report in Company Producing Safety Components for the Automotive Industry The aim of this work is to clarify the issue of complaints and the use of the 8D report in this issue. In theoretical part are defined the basic concepts of the grounds of complaint along with ways to prevent complaints. At the end of the theoretical section are listed tools for effective analysis and resolution of claims, including 8D report. In the practical part, were largely analyzed in ways specifically Indet Safety Systems, Inc. seeks to prevent complaints and ensure quality.. The following is a clarification of the procedures used in the management of complaints. Furthermore, this work explores structure and completion of the form 8D Report, the conclusion is then processed by the changes made in this form during the last months.
