Abstract

This work is aimed at the evaluation of the system of employees benefits in the Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o. Company and analysis of benefits’ trends on market. Main aim of this work is to make recommendations for the improvement of the employee benefits system. The theoretical part focuses on employee benefits, way of drawing benefits, breakdown of employee benefits,individual employee benefits and related concepts such as employee remuneration, human resources, human capital, and human resources management. The pratical part describes the company in terms of basic information, vision, mission and values of the company, assortment of the company and organizational structure. The main part of the practical part is a description of the benefit system of the company and the subsequent questionnaire survey. The conclusion part includes the proposals and recommendations for the improvement of current system.
