Analýza vybraných procesů a návrh na zlepšení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací výroby ve strojní dílně. V první části jsou nastíněna teoretická a metodologická východiska včetně teorie štíhlého podniku, teorie úzkých míst, teorie štíhlého pracoviště a synchronizace procesů. Další část obsahuje analýzu pracovišť daného výrobkového představitele. Pracoviště s největšími ztrátami bylo vybráno k další analýze pomocí snímků pracovního dne. V závěrečné části je vyhodnocení snímků pracovního dne, na jejichž základě byla navržena opatření, která povedou k racionalizaci práce na daném pracovišti.

The dissertation deals with the rationalization of production in the machinery workshop. The first part outlines the theoretical and methodological bases, including theories of Lean enterprise, Bottle-neck theory, the theory of lean working place and process synchronization. The next section contains the analysis of the product representative work places. Department with the largest losses has been selected for further analysis using the working day recording. In the final part there is the evaluation of the work day recordings, Based on these recording the remedial measures were proposed that would lead to the rationalization of work at the work place.
