Abstract
This thesis, we choose Bayer AG as the selected company to continue the job. we analysis company's basic situation, including organization structure, history, productions. we introduced basic financial methods that we will use in this thesis. Then, we focus on the researching of the financial data to study company's several reports. By this way, we can get lots of information about the company and we also analysis the results we get from the data.
